In 2025, Danster began a series of zine projects related to Dance Music History and their own DJing.

This began with Old Skool 2 New Skool: Connections Thru the Underground, Danster's love letter to Latine nightlife pasts in Chicago. This was followed by the DJ Rolando retrospective Descendientes De la Resistencia: DJ Rolando's Techno Aesthetics, a celebration of the Chicano infused visual references for DJ Rolando's early work.

Danster's zines provide a visual guide to their DJing, exploring new areas of Latine and Queer nightlife history through visual collages of archival photographs, art, and flyers. All zines are sold to support mutual aid, and free PDFs are available via email.
