Community Based, Underground Queer of Color Parties

In 2023, Daniel began a recurring party with friends at college to create safer spaces for queer of color students. Their parties prioritize underground music, inclusivity, and Queer of Color DJs to continue the legacy of underground parties for minority communities.
LEGACY AND MISSION
Since its creation, Frooty has had a half dozen installments highlighting local DJs and creatives. As the project moves forward, Frooty230 continues to create spaces that move towards a freakier, freer kind of party.

Frooty230 continues the legacy of Queer of Color underground subcultures, who created the Music that is spun by Frooty DJs. Our parties seek to bridge together various genres of Dance Music, creating spaces where people can dance and build new worlds to explore on the dance floor.
